“Hello everyone let’s catch up on call at 3 today! No No, it’s not for you!” This is what I usually say to my team whenever I have to take a call. Hi, I’m a writer and have been working remotely for almost four years. I’ve been managing my virtual team with utmost zest and ardour, avoiding all the procrastination.
Being a writer, I have this immense fondness for reading books. So, the other day, I found this amazing book online – Work Together Anywhere written well by these brilliant Authors – Lisette Sutherland, Kirsten Janene-Nelson, Jurgen Appelo

Since I’ve been working remotely with a virtual team, I wanted to get potential knowledge about how I can enhance the remote operations in my team. The remote book has undoubtedly given me an immense amount of knowledge that I was looking for. 
The book was actually helpful for me and I found it an amazing guide on how teams can effectively work together, regardless of location. 
My takeaway from the book is that it has the potential to change the perspective of the ones who think that telecommuting is a novelty in today’s modern global economy as many organizations are embracing the game-changing perks of allowing employees to work outside the office. 
No wonder, the results are stupendous as everyone today wants flexibility in terms of everything, nobody wants to get bound by the 9-to-5 loop. Exposure with work is one great thing that not only provides you a lifestyle change but also broadens your vision.
